Online fashion retailer ASOS picked up the inaugural Golden Chariot award for its delivery service. The award was announced at a launch event for Snow Valley’s annual delivery report, due for release on the Snow Valley website (www.snowvalley.com) later today.
The e-commerce service provider evaluated the delivery service of 166 UK online retailers.
ASOS was commended for improvements to its delivery service with the implementation of a Same Day option and the launch of ASOS Premier. ASOS Premier offers Free Next Day Delivery and Free Returns via Collection on unlimited orders for £24.95 per year.
