About the Role...
An experienced CRM Manager looking for their next step up to head up the CRM activities for a luxury jewellery etailer.
• Create unique, engaging and targeted campaigns to acquire and retain loyal customers.
• Hands on creation of email marketing campaigns from end to end
• Develop and grow the customer database in line with agreed KPIs
• Utilise your experience in CRM to develop and implement advanced CRM strategies.
• Develop Social, Email and Direct Marketing techniques and campaigns.
• Optimise and continuously improve landing pages, content and calls to action.
• Be the CRM authority and lead the team to develop the best in class campaign ideas with quick and efficient delivery.
• Ensure content for target markets both local and international is applicable
• Analyse and report on marketing insight and trends both for UK and international marketing.
About You…
• Bring considerable experience of CRM from within a retail environment.
• Luxury retail CRM experience would be ideal.
• Essential to bring solid knowledge of database mining and management techniques.
• An exceptional data driven and analytical person that is ROI focused.
• Can demonstrate and provide details of past campaign achievements.
• Fully understands and can implement all techniques related to CRM campaigns and tracking.
• Experience with database management tools, web analytics packages, email marketing platforms, CRM tools and services to be able to implement hands on.
• Experience of creative tools such as Photoshop and technical coding such as HTML and CSS.
• Project management and reporting skills.
• An interest in Jewellery would be advantageous
• Ideally from a fashion, jewellery or beauty online retail background
