A large and successful consultancy firm, this industry leader works with clients on large scale ecommerce projects to design, build and support some of the largest ebusiness solutions in the tech space.

About the Role...

The ideal candidate will be very technically experienced with key responsibilities including but not limited to

• Consulting with clients on strategy, design and delivery programmes for their overall ecommerce solution
• Analysing the clients existing set up and making suggestions for getting the most from them
• Identifying the most suitable technical solutions for the client
• Acting as solution architect with the delivery team on large projects

About You…

• Application, Information and Infrastructure Architectures in the Public and Private Sectors
• Technical experience in:
o Web Technologies (e.g. JSP, Servlet, HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, Webservices)
o J2ee Technologies (e.g. JMS, EJB, JTA)
o eCommerce platforms (e.g. ATG, IBM Websphere, hybris, Demandware)
o Web Frameworks (e.g. Struts, Spring, Hibernate)
o Design Patterns (e.g. Java, J2EE, GOF)
o Application Server (e.g. Weblogic, Websphere, Glassfish)
• Design and delivery of Service Oriented Architectures and software development processes such as RUP (Rational Unified Process) and Agile
• You have proven experience with integrating systems together to form an enterprise solution using appropriate middleware solutions
