This established, award winning brand has been around for over 25 years and is one of the UK’s most successful retailers in the kitchenware world. With a large number of stores around the UK, they are now looking to add another channel for their loyal customer base by taking their brand into the ecommerce space.
About the Role...
The Head of Online is going to be challenged with making this brand multichannel, so they need to have plenty of knowledge and experience with running an ecommerce store. Responsibilities including:
• Develop and implement the brands online retail strategy
• Devise and oversee online marketing strategy and implementation
• Managing 3rd party suppliers: development and marketing agencies for instance
• Analyse statistics in order to report on visitors, conversion etc and continually identify areas for improvement
• Build the ecommerce team
About You…

• You’ve previously managed an online store, and (ideally) have experience with ecommerce start-ups
• In-depth knowledge and experience of running campaigns in PPC, social media, SEO, email marketing, PR and affiliates
• You’ve used analytics packages extensively, and have the ability to analyse and report on stats
• You have experience with online merchandising and user journey analysis
• You have advanced project and people management skills
• You’re not scared to be hands on with every element of the ecommerce store and team from the start, as you’ll be building everything up from scratch
