About the Company:

A funky group of stores in the arty parts of London selling true artists materials for all you budding painters and designers. Students or professionals, they provide you with all the tools you need to create your masterpiece.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for the day to day operation of their ecommerce channel and online marketing. Starting with developing and implementing a cutting edge transactional websites and creating campaigns to engage their existing customers; drive new qualified traffic; ensure online conversions and develop their new ecommerce channel.

Take full hands on responsibility of their new ecommerce transactional website.
Plan and implement all online marketing, including SEO/PPC/email/affiliation.
Use the web analytics for reporting to the board on key performance indicators.
Create and develop their eCRM programme and create customer loyalty.
Manage all content and merchandise the online product range.
Plan and develop a full on marketing campaign to qualified drive traffic.
Manage all back office systems and fulfilment of products
Manage all third party relationships to achieve the best ROI on all campaigns
Develop a loyal community of artists and art students through social media
Career progression and team building opportunities in 6 months if channel is proven.

About You:

A very experienced candidate with solid online retail experience
Demonstrate success with previous P&L responsibility
Creative and innovative thinker, with commercial ecommerce sales drive
Hands on PPC/SEO/email/analytics management experience is required.
Project Management skills are necessary.
An entrepreneurial hands on ecommerce and marketing manager happy to work alone and build the ecommerce channel from scratch.
Will suit all rounder with ecommerce, marketing, fulfillment and commercial / strategic skills.
