My role at Goddiva involves… being the Creative Director of the company I am in charge of, deciding on what styles are created and made, what materials are used, buying for the company, trend watching and the general running of the business.

I got into this industry… after studying fashion and having long been in love with the world of fashion ever since I was a very young girl growing up in Russia.

The best thing about my job is… working closely with my incredibly gifted staff on all things fashion related and being so directly involved in the Fashion Industry both here in the UK and in the Far East.
